Strada’s Talent team oversees an integrated and strategic approach to lead human resources activities across the network, including, but not limited to, compliance, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition.
Our shared services:
HR Compliance: The Talent team provides guidance on a consolidated set of policies that will benefit personnel across the network, including, but not limited to, standard practices such as Americans With Disabilities Act accommodation, background check requirements, etc. Any changes to the affiliate’s current practice is to be discussed and mutually agreed upon by the affiliate and Strada. Strada will manage all policies relating to legally required compliance issues such as EEO-1 reports, etc. Strada will report all data required by federal law on behalf of affiliates. Employee Hiring and Termination: Strada can review and approve requests for hiring, termination, or downsizing of employees. Contact: Jenny Reasoner or Terry Holloway.
Employee relations: Strada can assist with the management of employee relations issues, including progressive discipline consultation, terminations, severance agreement plan documents, and process management. Strada can also help with managing employee concerns should they arise. Contact: Jenny Reasoner.
Benefit Plan Management: Strada manages the strategy for all affiliate company healthcare, retirement, and ancillary benefit plans. This service includes managing the typical broker relationship, fees, renewal rates, etc. While Strada is responsible for timely communication of changes to the plans, each affiliate can manage independent open enrollment and affiliated employee communication processes effectively. ADP timesheet approvals: Strada can assist with the ADP timesheet approval process on a bi-weekly basis. This support includes connecting with affiliate management, where anomalies are observed. Contact: Terri Cooper.
Market compensation analysis: Strada can assist with the accurate analysis of affiliate position compensation or market position evaluation. Factors to be considered include geographic pay differential, position decision discretion, technical skill, leadership level, and scope of the organization. Contact: Anita Samuel.
Recruiting support: Strada can provide assistance in recruiting all levels of staff in the organization. This support includes sourcing, assessing, screening, and collaboratively working with management to select candidates. Contact: Terri Shea.
Performance management: Strada can provide training and ongoing counsel, and answers questions regarding the QUAD Performance Management system and support. Contact: Venice Sherman.
