Strada will participate or lead negotiations with landlords regarding new lease agreements, subleases, amendments, and terminations as well as purchase sale agreements for owned real estate. Facilities maintenance: Strada assists affiliates with managing existing facilities, ensuring staff have adequate space that is safe and compliant with all national regulations and building code requirements. Property lease: Assist affiliates with various real estate transactions, including new leases, amendments, termination, subleases, and acquisition and disposal of owned properties. Maintain legal real estate contracts: Strada manages the existing real estate portfolio, including maintenance of legal contracts and monitoring of lease expiration dates.
